ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & SECURITY
One of the services we offer is our annual maintenance and security inspection of your home. This includes us carrying out a service to all of your window and door locks ensuring their functionality is in order. We will also advise as to any security upgrades we think appropriate whilst we are carrying out this maintenance. This advice is part of our service and it is optional for you to take up. Our maintenance contracts are for a minimum of three years and the annual fee is payable by standing order in advance.
Our prices are based on the number of bedrooms to your property up to five bedrooms.
The annual fees are shown below are exclusive of VAT
Two bedroom properties £99.00
Three bedroom properties £109.00
Four bedroom properties £119.00
Five bedroom properties £129.00
Six bedroom properties and above – Price on application
